Christmas Return Policy 

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise from Sunday, December 28th, 2025 - Wednesday, January 7th, 2026.

Discounted merchandise 25% or more can be returned for exchange or in-store credit ONLY.

Underwear, swimwear and altered garments are Final Sale.

Regular Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges of regular priced merchandise and sale purchases discounted less than 25% off within 14 days of your in-store purchase or online order.  Merchandise may be returned provided it is unworn with tags attached and with the original receipt. Benjamin's Menswear will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.

Merchandise discounted 25% - 50% off is returnable for exchange or in-store credit only.

Please note underwear, swimwear and altered garments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Purchases that need to be returned/exchanged may be returned to our store located at 277 Water Street, St. John's, NL Canada A1C 6L3 in person or by mail.

Please note that all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
