Q.  Is ordering online secure?

A.  Yes.  Benjamin's Menswear is on a secure SSL server.  All transactions are encrypted and we do not retain credit card information on our site.

 

Q.  Where do you ship to?

A.  We currently ship within Canada.

 

Q.  How can I pay for my online purchase?

A.  We offer payments in American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

 

Q.  Is all merchandise found in your Benjamin's Menswear store available online?

A.  No.  We are constantly adding new products and brands.  Please visit us at www.benjaminsmenswear.com for updates or drop by our store at 277 Water Street, St. John's, NL to view our complete selection of products.

 

Q.  Are prices online different than in the store?

A.  No.  The prices are the same online and in our store.  Occasionally, we may have special promotions or an event only online or in the store.  

 

Q.  Can I return my purchase?

A.  Whether you made your purchase online or in our store, we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour or refund your money in the same form of payment within 14 days.  Items can be returned or exchanged in person at 277 Water Street at our store location.  However, if you are unable to return your purchase at the store, you can return or exchange it by mailing it to us at:

For exchanges, please contact us at 709-576-1816 to make arrangements for your new item(s).

When returning purchases they should be in the condition in which they were received with tags attached and receipt included.  Undergarments, swimwear and merchandise discounted 50% or more are final sale.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Q.  I'm already in your customer database, do I need to setup a new account?

A.  Yes.  Our eCommerce site is not capable of carrying over our customer database from our current retail store, therefore, you can checkout as a guest or you can setup an account to proceed to the checkout.

 

 

Q.  Can I pickup my purchase in store?

A.  Yes.  You can pickup your purchase in store with no charge.  If you proceed to the checkout process, enter your address and proceed to next step.  You will be given two options:  pickup in store or shipping in Canada.  Choose your option and continue to payment options.
