Is ordering online secure?

Yes, Benjamin's Menswear is on a secure SSL server.  All transactions are encrypted and we do not retain credit card information on our site.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada.

How can I pay for my online purchase?

We offer payments in American Express, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

Is all merchandise found in your Benjamin's Menswear store available online?

We do our best to show a complete selection of our products. Occasionally it takes us a little longer to post some products if pictures are not available from our suppliers. 

Are the prices in-store the same as online?

Yes, the prices are the same online and in-store. 

Can I return my purchase?

We will be happy to accept returns/exchanges of regular priced merchandise and sale purchases discounted less than 25% off within 14 days of your in-store purchase or online order. Merchandise may be returned provided it is unworn with tags attached and original receipt. Benjamin's Menswear will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.

Merchandise discounted 25% or more is returnable for exchange or in-store credit only. Please note underwear, swimwear and altered garments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged after purchase. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items can be returned/exchanged in person at 277 Water Street at our store location or return it by mailing it to us at our address below. For exchanges, please contact us at 709-576-1816 to make arrangements for your new item(s). Shipping charges may apply.

I'm already in your customer database, do I need to setup a new account?

Yes. Our eCommerce site is not capable of carrying over our customer database from our current retail store, therefore, you can checkout as a guest or you can setup an account and proceed to the checkout. Once you setup an account in our eCommerce store you can reuse the same account.

Can I pickup my purchase in-store/curbside pickup?

Yes. You can pickup your purchase in-store with no charge and curbside pickup. If you proceed to the checkout process, enter your address and proceed to next step.  You will be given two options: pickup in-store or shipping in Canada. Choose your option and continue to payment options.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in-store.

Do you offer custom made clothing?

Yes. We offer three companies that produce custom made clothing: Coppley, Eton and Jack Victor. Refer to our Made to Measure category for further details on our custom tailored clothing.

Do I need an appointment to order custom clothing?

No. Appointments are not necessary, however, they are encouraged so we can give you our full attention. Appointments are available during or after store hours. Call us at 709-576-1816 to setup an appointment.
